Excellent treatment with great care and dedication to gluten-free food.People with celiac disease can rest easy going to a place like this, in addition to an extensive menu with gluten-free products.Good dishes, normal quantity and not high prices (like in other restaurants) as it is gluten-free. Without a doubt, the best for me was the Uruguayan powder with gluten-free cookies.I will repeat 100%

De cuchillo y tenedor in Las Palmas was a very pleasant discovery! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home from the first moment. We ordered burgers and chips, as well as a steak and potatoes dish, and both were truly delicious, cooked to perfection and with quality ingredients. It's a shame that we live in the south of the island, otherwise it would definitely be one of our favorite places to visit often. Highly recommended!

My partner and I went to eat with the Groupon coupon for 40 for a tasting menu. What else to say that the quantity does not make the food good, since we were wonderfully well. The food was very delicious, from the breaded chicken strips (soft and crunchy) to the Uruguayan powder. The Iberian secret, the goat cheese and the sauces were great, and both the waiter and the people who brought us some of the dishes were very friendly. The atmosphere is calm since it is in a shopping center that, as a general rule, has a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much for the experience and without a doubt, we will return.
